About Me

  • Hometown: Bevier, MO
  • High school attended: Beview C-4
  • Undergraduate institution: Columbia College
  • Degree/major: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Business Administration

What are some of your favorite things to do in Columbia?
I love to golf whenever I get the chance. I like to participate in any sport and attend sporting activities as well as go downtown and spend time with friends.

Favorite outdoor activity:
Golf! Even though it is just as aggravating as it is rewarding. There is no better time spent outside than on a golf course.

People would be surprised to know that…
I rode steers as a kid in rodeos.

What advice would you give students about choosing a college?
Chose the college that best fits you and your personality. You want a college to challenge you, but you don't want to attend a college that doesn't offer a good environment for you to grow.

What were your favorite activities or organizations in college and why?
My favorite activities at Columbia College include intramurals and entertaining events like comedians. My favorite organizations include Student Activities Commission (SAC) and the PRIDE (our student fan base organization).

What makes Columbia College different?
What makes Columbia College different is the community we have. Not only do we have outstanding academics and over-achieving athletic teams, we have a great community of students, professors, and staff members who are kind, outgoing, and supportive.
